Pedro’s Coffee Mug Club – Terms & Conditions

Offer Summary:

Customers who purchase an official Pedro’s Coffee Mug Club Mug for RWF 25,000 will receive complimentary black coffee for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase.

1. Eligibility

• Offer available to all customers at participating Pedro’s Coffee outlets in Rwanda.

• Valid only upon purchase of the official Pedro’s Coffee Mug Club 360ml Stainless Steel

Tumbler.

2. Complimentary Coffee Details

• Complimentary coffee is limited to black coffee drinks only (e.g., Americano, filter

coffee, long black).

• Specialty drinks (e.g., espresso-based milk drinks, cold brews, flavored lattes) are not

included and will be charged at the standard menu price.

• Complimentary coffee is served in the Mug Club mug only; no take-away paper cups

provided under this offer.

3. Duration & Redemption

• The 2-month validity period starts on the purchase date of the mug.

• Complimentary coffee can be redeemed once per day per customer at participating

outlets.

• Mug must be presented in person at the time of redemption; no mug, no free coffee.

4. Non-Transferable

• This offer is personal to the purchaser and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold.

• Pedro’s Coffee staff may request ID verification for redemptions.

5. Lost or Damaged Mug

• Lost or damaged mugs will not be replaced under the offer. A new mug purchase will be

required to rejoin the Mug Club.

6. General Terms

• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty rewards, or discounts.

• Pedro’s Coffee reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without

prior notice.

• In case of dispute, the decision of Pedro’s Coffee management will be final.
